Rules and Regulations

1. NO ONE is to be hanging over the side of the floats.
2. Each float sponsor should submit a list of the riders on their float at least one week prior to the date of the parade.
3. There will be absolutely no switching of riders on or off of floats during the parade.
4. No animals are allowed to participate in this parade.
5. No two-wheel bicycles, roller-skates, or skateboards are allowed in the parade.

*In order to maintain a safe environment for all involved, all rules will be strictly enforced. Failure to comply with these rules will result in your loss of position in the parade, as well as the opportunity to participate in future events. Our mission is to provide a safe environment for everyone, while giving them a chance to enjoy the excitement of participating in a Mardi Gras parade.

** It will be the Parade Coordinator's discretion to not allow inebriated riders onto floats. If he/she feels that a rider poses a danger to themselves or other participants, that rider WILL NOT be allowed to participate in the parade, and will forfeit any and all fees, if applicable, paid to Yaga's Entertainment.

The undersigned is a participant in the 2025 Mardi Gras parades. In consideration of participating in such parade, the undersigned hereby agrees to assume all responsibility and liability for any and all damage, personal injury, or other loss of any nature and further releases and agrees to hold harmless Yaga's Entertainment and its agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, and causes of action of any nature related to said parade.
