Libbie and Bill are both lifelong residents of Galveston Island and have been active in Mardi Gras Galveston Island since its revival. Bill is a charter member of the Krewe of the Knights of Momus and Libbie was Queen of the Knights of Momus in 1987 as Momus traveled the "Caribbean Seas". She represented the Duchess of all bougainvilleas.
